If you're looking for a place to vandalize and ruin your truck, that's the perfect place because that's the only thing they know how to do. Terrible "customer service" and you have to insist to obtain information about the vehicle or go to the place in person. I took my truck to this place because I needed an engine and Manuel told me that in two weeks "I will have it ready" and it ended up taking 5 months and just to destroy my truck I had to grab a tow truck to remove my truck that was all destroyed because they were pure lies that they had another engine ready and yet knowing that I didn't have an engine they started to dismantle everything from my truck and only because I went to work out of state and I was I wasn't here to go check it out in person until I came back and realized that Manuel was a liar without a doubt the worst place here I'm going to put some photos of how they left my truck... You shouldn't have lied to me from the beginning, you gave me a price and that's why I accepted that you worked in my truck now if you had checked the engine that you supposedly had and in the end you said that it was useless, you should have told me but no you continue on destroying m

Very flakey and I believe he switched out two of my batteries for two dead ones… came to work on my alternator and was pulling fuses and taking them with him when he leaves for the night… very polite when he was here, but was very hard to get him to come out and actually work. When I asked him about my batteries and mentioned that they were different, he told me to accept the work ‘as a blessing’ and left in a hurry. Left tools and everything… not sure what he’s got going on because he’s very friendly but was very flakey and the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude to me when I called to ask what was going on.. At one point when he was there working, one car came to give him something, and then someone else came from across the parking lot, the two of them hid behind my rv for a minute, and then he came in and asked us if we had washers for a bolt… just felt very weird… he did do some work for me but in the end it was a waste of time because even after 5 days he still could not get my rv going. He told me he would be back with things, and never come back. A lot of times he doesn’t answer the phone. I wouldn’t hire him until he gets whatever problem he’s got going on with his personal

I called this man, hoping he could help me fix my RV to get home. I needed help with an oil leak still after I replaced a turbo and an oil filter housing. I made contact with him. He told me he couldn’t come out because it was a Sunday. I said OK that’s fine. He came out on Monday took my alternator because it was bad, said he was gonna come back at 10 AM the next morning and I didn’t see him until 5:30pm the next day. He worked for an hour and a half, said he’d be back at 10am. Didn’t see him til 2pm. He claimed he had been cleaning my parts, but when he got back to my rv he was cleaning them here as well? Not sure why he had to clean everything twice. He worked til 6:30 pm yesterday… left one bolt off the alternator, said he was bringing some antifreeze and that he’d be back in the morning. Well here we are, day 4 now. Still not here. Every time he leaves for the night, he takes my parts. This last time, HE TOOK ONE OF MY RELAY FUSES!!! And he messed with my batteries too! I asked him to replace the alternator, not touch the batteries, NOR THE FUSES…. he took my damn relay! And then he still isn’t here! What the hell?? I’m an owner operator (ATF Logistics) leased to BARCA TRANS INC and CONCORD SERVICES INC , I’ve been a customer for Concord Diesel over two years and I’m very happy with their services! They help me repair any issues and have gone above and beyond to identify future problems, making my job easier and knowing that I’ll be safe on the road. When I need to go out with a load and there’s something that needs to be fixed they’ll make sure to get it done in time , even if they stay working some extra hours . I hope they continue in business giving their service the way they do it and I hope more mechanic shops take this steps to help truck drivers do better over the road....

If giving a rating less than one star were possible I would not hesitate to give a lower rating. I had one of my trucks towed to their shop and after months there, they have stopped answering my calls. I even have the personal cell phone number of Manuel, the owner and he has also stopped answering. I have not received any updates on what they are supposedly doing to the truck! These are the most unprofessional people that I have ever encountered in my life!
